- 3 dashima (x 3 inches dried kelp)
- 3 oz. radish (Korean, cut into big chunks)
- 1/4 onion
- 1 Tbsp. soup soy sauce

- 1 small carrot
- 2 napa cabbage leaves (large, or green cabbage or bok choy)
- 1/2 medium onion
- 4 oz. mushrooms (assorted, button, shiitake, oyster, crimini, enoki, etc.)
- 3 scallions
- 3 oz. water dropwort (minari, or watercress)
- 1 red chili pepper (optional)
- 3 oz. noodles (sweet potato, dangmyeon, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes)
- 3 inches dried kelp (3x dashima)
