I made this for book club as part of a theme, because of a Buffalo based novel we read. Everyone said it was very good, but I dont eat chicken so I couldn't testify. It was very good in my veggie version substituting coursely mashed chicpeas for the chicken. I offered both lettuce wraps and pita so my Keto dieting friend could enjoy too. For the chicken version using a store-cooked rotisserie chicken was easier for me not wanting to cook it. Some friends ate both!
