- 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot (Original Sauce)
- 1 tsp. chile pepper (chipotle, powder skip this if you want to decrease the heat.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken (pulled or chopped, without the skin approximately 2 rotisserie chickens)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
