- 1 head cabbage (cored and sliced very thinly or pre cut slaw mix)
- 1/2 red pepper (small, or carrot sliced thinly and chopped)
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing (homemade or your favorite brand)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 black pepper (or to taste)
- 8 oz. cheese (Bleu)
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 milk (or buttermilk)
- 1/4 granulated onion
- 1/2 salt
- 1/4 black pepper
