Made a few changes but i followed tge guidlines here and it turned out great for my first attempt.

Awesome easy Friday night dinner! As a buffalo chicken lover, I thought this was so easy yet so tasty. I added some green onions for a bit of color and taste. I’m definitely going to make this again soon.

I followed the recipe besides adding some diced zucchini to add a vegetable and some color. I seared the chicken in a little Olive oil on one side, flipped it then boiled it for a few minutes in low sodium chicken broth before shredding it.
