We don’t have a panini maker so we placed the sandwiches in a cast iron skillet and pressed down on them with a smaller cast iron skillet - the weight helps!
The flavor is as you’d expect from Buffalo chicken - but on a slightly toasted piece of bread, with mozzarella...really makes for a delicious meal with some heat on it!

Delicious, quick, and easy. Lots of buffalo sauce left for another meal. I highly recommend it to to working parents, like myself, just trying to get some extra quality time with family. Def making this again!
