- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (*I use Tabasco kind)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (tahini, *see recipe above)
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions (+ more for garnish)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups chicken thighs (shredded cooked, or rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
