  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (see recipe here)
  • 6 ounces mascarpone cheese (softened, or cream cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing (low carb, I use Marzetti’s Simply Dressed)
