- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 6 oz. roasted peppers (jarred, sliced)
- 1/2 cup green olives (good quality, pitted & halved)
- 4 slices of lemon (thin)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock (/broth)
- 1/2 red chile
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- avocado oil (or grapeseed oil)
- kosher salt
- cracked black pepper (Fresh)
- 2 cauliflower (medium size heads of)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric powder (ground)
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 Orange
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flakes (unsweetened shredded)
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds (or walnuts chopped & roasted if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 red chile (thinly sliced)

Followed the directions to the letter . Was good , but not over the top good

Amazing dish! Full of flavor. Loved the coconut cauliflower rice and chicken was the best!
