- 10 hot water
- 2 oz. ginkgo nuts (fresh, or frozen)
- 8 dates (dried red)
- 4 oz. tofu (fried, 4-5 pieces)
- 7 oz. cabbages (nappa)
- 2 oz. snow peas
- 1 Tbsp. goji berries (soaked for 5 minutes.)
- 1 bunch bean thread noodles (cellophane noodles)
- 2 oz. black fungus (fresh, or, dried black fungus, washed and soaked for 20 minutes.)
- 1 oz. black moss (dried, dried nostoc, re-hydrated)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- sauce (Seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. seasoning (mushroom)
- 1/2 tsp. corn starch
- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce (vegetarian mushroom)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 blocks fermented bean curd
- 2 cups water
