- 1 Tbsp. vanilla (bourbon)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or agave nectar to keep it vegan)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. rice milk (as needed)
- 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (bag of allergen-free, chips)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (coconut, or chopped dried fruit, if desired)
