- 1/2 cup milk (your choice, soy, cows, almond, coconut)
- 1 almonds (dessertspoon)
- 2 medjool dates (chopped, one date is my preference and sweet enough)
- 2 bosc pears (Packham or Beurre, skin on, cut in quarters, cored and sliced)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or cardamom or 1-2 cinnamon quills)
