- oil (for deep frying)
- 6 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate in a large bowl for 1 hour.
- Form the boulders by using an ice cream scoop to make the cheese dough into balls.
- Drop the boulders into 350 degree oil and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown; when the boulders float, they are finished.

These are the best thing that ever melted in my mouth.
I was in a car accident traveling from Cincinnati to Newport Kentucky to get these Boulders and after the whole ordeal I still went to get my boulders jacked up car in all # SOWORTHIT Yum
