- 1 cup carrots (diced, I used my food chopper to dice)
- 12 oz. chicken breast (cooked, shredded)
- 2/3 cup frozen peas (can be frozen or thawed)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups chicken gravy (jarred, I used Heinz Classic Chicken Gravy)
- 7.5 oz. biscuit dough (refrigerated, biscuits cut into quarters, I used Wegmans brand, but Pillsbury also makes them – if you can only find Grands, weigh out 7.5 ounces and cut them into small bite-sized pieces)
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I used Cabot Seriously Sharp)

We baked the biscuits separately because we did not want them to be “soggy”, other than that, this recipe is perfect! Easy to make and delicious! My 4 y.o. Granddaughter said: “Grandma this SO good, where did you learn to make that?” 😂😂😂
