- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz. herb goat cheese (crumbled)
- 4 slices bacon (finely chopped, I chopped the bacon in my food processor)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or more or less based on your taste preference)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
