These were so delicious. Instead of dried cranberries, I used 2 cups of fresh cranberries with 1 lb. of Brussels sprouts and cut the balsamic mixture in half. I just cooked the cranberries with the sprouts in the oven and mixed everything up at the end.

I make this all of the time. Sometimes I add pecans. Sometimes I use pomegranate rails instead if cranberries... It's so good. And I make it the day we plan to eat it...who makes things a day stead? Besides its good so there is no chance for leftovers
