- 1 lemon juiced (and zested, about 3+ tablespoons of juice)
- 2 tsp. almond butter
- 2 tsp. white miso paste (mellow)
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 shallot (large, finely diced)
- freshly ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts (cleaned and ends removed)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped, reserve some whole leaves for garnish if desired, optional)
- 1/2 cup pistachios (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cranberries (dried organic)
- 1 cup orange juice
