- 1 lb. brussels sprouts
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 6 slices cooked bacon (minced)
- 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
- 1/2 cup manchego cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. coarse kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 apple (sliced into matchsticks)
- 1/2 cup manchego cheese (sliced into matchsticks)
- 1/4 cup juice (from an orange)
- 1 Tbsp. juice (from a lemon)

- pepper (freshly ground, to taste)

Directions
- Preheat the KitchenAid® Combination Wall Oven to 425° F.
- Now prepare the Brussels sprouts with the KitchenAid® Santoku Knife. Remove the remaining stalks. Then slice the Brussels sprouts into very thin slices.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl. Add the green onions, garlic, bacon, parsley, Manchego, flour, egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix.
