  • 6 slices cooked bacon (minced)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
  • 1/2 cup manchego cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 apple (sliced into matchsticks)
  • 1/2 cup manchego cheese (sliced into matchsticks)
  • 1/4 cup juice (from an orange)
  • 1 tablespoon juice (from a lemon)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the KitchenAid® Combination Wall Oven to 425° F.
    2. Now prepare the Brussels sprouts with the KitchenAid® Santoku Knife. Remove the remaining stalks. Then slice the Brussels sprouts into very thin slices.
    3. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl. Add the green onions, garlic, bacon, parsley, Manchego, flour, egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix.
