- 4 cups bread (day old Rustic Bakery, cubed/cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (or Olive Oil)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried herbs (Italian, Oregano, Basil, etc.)
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 10 brussel sprouts (ends removed and then cut really thin or shaved)
- 4 cups kale (removed from stem and cut really thin)
- 1 handful pomegranate arils
- 1/2 cup Asiago cheese (or a hard cheese like Parmesan)
- 1 1/2 cups croutons (Mustard)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon (one small)
- 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- sea salt (and plenty of fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste)
