    This was ok - I cooked things completely out of order - I'd made this again and follow it more precisely. I also used paprika instead of chili powder... would try it differently next time.

    A great side ! I used powdered spices it was all I had In the kitchen. I did use fresh onion. This recipe is a great side dish. I had it with a vegan burger I like the beyond burger option the best
