A simple classic! I made this recipe for the first time 3 weeks ago, and can’t stop making it! It’s one on my favorite go to’s for a refreshing and delicious lunch.

My family loved it! We didn’t have a baguette, but we had bolillo rolls and cut those into 1/2”. Also didn’t have the balsamic vinegar and used white wine vinegar. Only took us about 5 minutes prep, a few in the oven, served in under ~10 minutes total. This my kid’s first actual appetizer she made and it worked out amazingly!!!

The flavor profile was SPOT ON, but too muted. Needed MORE of all flovors: more basil, more salt, more black pepper, more balsamic vinegar, more garlic. Will definitely make it again, but kick ot up a notch or two.

I love bruschetta. The recipe is pretty simple and this one didn't call for anything different. I did blanche the tomatoes first.

I found no need to modify, I did add Parmesan to my daughters and husbands
