- 2 tangerine (peeled, halved)
- 1/2 inch ginger root
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley (about a small handful)
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 large carrots
- 1/2 beets (a medium raw)
- 2 apples (firm, crisp, such as Fuji, quartered)
- 1 cucumber (large, peeled)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 lime

Directions
- Insert the low pulp screen into the KitchenAid® Juicer and Sauce Attachment. Insert the attachment into the attachment hub of your KitchenAid® Stand Mixer and tighten the attachment knob to secure the juicer in place. Ensure the pulp chute is in the open position (pushed in). Place containers under the juice and pulp spouts, plug in your Stand Mixer, and set the speed to 10.
- Begin juicing by placing the cucumber in the hopper. Use the food pusher to gently feed the cucumber into the Juicer bowl. Repeat this process with the pineapple, cilantro, lime juice, apples and the rest of the ingredients. Allow the mixer to run for 1-2 minutes after the last piece of food is fed into the attachment.
