- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 365 pure maple syrup (brand grade B)
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (This is our favorite.)
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
