Perfect receipt! There is no need to put the dough in the refrigerator. You need to take an amount of tablespoon each time, make a ball. Then roll it in a mixture of sugar+cinnamon put it on a baking tray and smash the ball, a little bit with your hand.

They smelled wonderful when baking but the taste was just ok. Maybe I’ll try again and add vanilla and more cinnamon
