I made this with baked chicken and roasted fingerling potatoes. It was insanely easy and delicious! oh em geeeee! I used whole grain garlic mustard that I had on hand, so I skipped the fresh garlic. I should have cooked this last out of all the items I made because it took less time than I anticipated and I had to reheat when serving. Nevertheless it was a huge hit!
Breaking update: made this again paired with potroast and red wine, and it was a smash again! This time I didn't cook the bacon as long (a mistake because it needs to be super crispy to break apart). Used fresh garlic as well and it was a nice touch.
