- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/2 pounds, 3/4-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. peach preserves (Substitutions available)
- apricot preserves

Directions
- 1 Reserve 1 tablespoon of the Marinade. Place pork in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. Mix reserved Marinade with preserves in a small bowl; set aside.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade.
- 3 Grill pork chops over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with marinade mixture during last few minutes of grilling. Serve with grilled peach halves, if desired.
