  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable stock concentrate (light colored, or 2 bouillon cubes)
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar (extremely, style cheese — Beecher’s if you can get it!)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
