- 1 bunch kale (enough to make 2 cups when finely chopped)

- 1 Tbsp. vegetable stock concentrate (light colored, or 2 bouillon cubes)
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar (extremely, style cheese — Beecher’s if you can get it!)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
