- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup pecans (roughly chopped)
- 8 Tbsp. butter (melted until browned, see post if you need more info on browning butter)
- 7 cups Granny Smith apples (cored, peeled, and sliced, about 8 apples)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
