- 2 yellow onions (small, thinly sliced)

- 1/8 cup salted butter (depends on how saucy you like it...personally I find the ½ cup a little greasy)
- 3 Tbsp. sage (chopped)
- 1 cup butternut squash (puree)
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 2/3 cups flour
