- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup sugar (castor)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (skip if using salted butter)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (/essence)
- 3 Tbsp. milk (use just as much required to make a smooth dough. To make the recipe vegan, replace with almond or soy milk)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
