- 2 sprinkles (large, Mrs. Dash, never use)
- 1 onion (large, chopped, I like using vidalia- when they are available)
- 2 Granny Smith apples (medium size, peeled, cored and chopped)
- vegetable oil spray
- 1 bunch broccoli (do not toss the stems)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bunch carrots
- 46 oz. chicken broth (make my own and take off any fat- if you need to add more broth if you use extra amount of carrots)
