It will be fine, if you adjust the temperature/baking mode and timing according to the previous reviews. Bake it with 500F would be pretty risky, I did not do that. Instead of that I broiled on High for 4 minutes for each side. Put 2 stars for this recipe, because you may burn your fish.

This was the first time I’ve prepared Mahi Mahi this way and it was fantastic.
Just take care not to overcook.

Passed the test, my wife loved it! The marinade added enough flavor without overpowering the natural flavor of the fish. We had it with capers and asparagus.

As noted in a previous review the time and temperature are definitely wrong. Seasoning is decent but fish should not be baked more than 3-6 minutes per side.

Tasted great and was smile to make. It’s easy to prep for the sides while the fish is in the oven.

Great flavor and texture! We substituted chives for the parsley and added extra lemon at the end! I like the thought of serving it with mango salsa.

Wonderful! The only reason we didn’t give it a 5* is we used too much red pepper flakes. Only cooked 10”! Watch it.
