- 1 dash black pepper
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour (90 g)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (or potato starch)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour (or chickpea flour)
- 1 Tbsp. flaxmeal
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle pepper (each of, powder, mustard powder, garlic powder, oregano)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (169.5 ml)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. oil (optional)
- 1 broccolini (loaded cup of chopped, /Broccoli 1/4 to 1/2 inch size chopped or use chopped greens)
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots (32 g)
- 2 Tbsp. sun dried tomato (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. pickled jalapeno (chopped)

The chickpea flour has a really distinct flavor - a bit too much. I didn't have nutritional yeast, so I subbed manchego cheese. I also added the tomatoes to roast ontop.
