- 50 grams blanched almonds
- 6 spring onions (white and green parts thinly sliced on the diagonal)

- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 cms fresh ginger (piece, peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 lemongrass stalk (tough outer leaves removed and finely sliced)
