- 1 fennel bulb (small, finely chopped and tops reserved)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 cup pistachios (coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 cup wish-bone ranch dressing
- 1/2 lime

Directions
- In a large bowl, add the broccoli, carrots, fennel, cranberries, and pistachios. Add the dressing, fold in the lime zest and toss until well coated. Chill covered for at least 30 minutes.
- Optional: Garnish with reserved fennel tops.
