    I made this at lunch today with a side of salad! My husband does not like brocolli, so I subbed it with bacon! He really enjoyed this, thank you for a quick, easy recipe! It turned out beautifully.

    It was the first time I did a quiche. I am not disappointed. We were two adults and ate 3/4 of the quiche. I'll do it again. It was easy to do.

    Yummy, I made it in a bigger pan with puff pastry so just added a bit more eggs and milk etc
