- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger (about 1-inch)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. grated orange zest (freshly)
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup (or agave nectar)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- sea salt (to taste)
