- 2 broccoli (small Crowns of, hard stems removed and cut into small bite size pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise (can be substituted for non-vegans with something like Dukes or Hellman’s)
- 1 Tbsp. non dairy milk (I used unsweetened Almond Milk)
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (Pure Grade A, can be substituted with Agave Nectar or Honey)
- 3 Tbsp. almond slices
- 1/4 cup coconut bacon (or more of, add in once you’re ready to serve)
- sea salt (/Pepper, optional to taste)
