This was GREAT! I subbed half purple cauliflower and half broccoli and used pepitas instead of sunflower seeds. Super yummy!

This was very good but a little strong as I used red miso, which was all I had. I cut it back by 1/2 but it was still strong. Loved the nuts and cranberries as well as the overall flavor from the mushrooms. Did not look as pretty as the picture though.
