Tastes great and took less time to prepare than I expected. Most time consuming part is cutting up the broccoli. I substituted regular raiders for golden and pistachio nuts for sunflower seeds.

I was afraid to try vegan mayo, this recipe proved that it's actually delicious! I'll be making this again and again!
