- 3 broccoli (Large, Crowns, 2 Cups of chopped stems, 13 Cups Broccoli Florets)
- 6 carrots (Large Peeled, shredded, 5 Cups shredded)
- 16 oz. shitake mushrooms (de-stemmed and sliced)
- 10 oz. edamame (shelled, I used two 5 ounce packages of Seapoint Farms Shelled Soybeans, Edamame)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups brown basmati rice (cooked according to package directions.)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (Finely Grated)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (Finely Chopped Fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium tamari
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (more or less to your liking. If you don't like spicy, omit this.)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 4 tsp. black sesame seeds
- 4 tsp. white sesame seeds
- lemon wedge

Ran out of Hoisin Sauce and Sweet Chili Sauce, so I made a substitute recipe which I found online. Used less carrots since I felt it wouldn’t have been enough sauce otherwise and instead of Edamame I used Chickpeas. Very yummy overall.
