- 24 oz. evaporated milk (or 3 cups half & half, heavy cream or whole milk)

This is the Best broccoli ,potato cheddar soup EVER. Easy to make and does not take long. We all loved it. Added a little leftover rotisserie chicken we had. Last review mentioned that and it was perfect. My husband loves his meat. We used small red,white potatoes and cut in half no peeling. And the peels taste yummy. Definitely would make again. Served with salad. 😋
