- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (or another 1 tablespoon Parmesan)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded part-skim)
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (homemade or good quality store-bought)
- 4 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese (sliced, shredded, or roughly torn into small pieces)
- pizza toppings (of choice — I kept it classic with sautéed cherry tomatoes)
- fresh basil (Thinly sliced, optional but delicious)
