This soup is so good! I didn’t have parmesan cheese and substituted a little white cheddar instead. Very easy to make!

Great flavor. A thick, hearty soup without a bunch of heavy cream or excessive butter. I used a food processor to break down some of the big chunks and it worked great. Would definitively make it again.

Followed the recipe and turned out very tasty!!! Would recommend the food processor to hide the vegetables for young kids.

My 6 year old grandson and I loved it! You have to love a boy who cheers for “warm, yummy broccoli” for dinner. Super easy and quick with ingredients on hand. I used leftover baked potatoes and I.t worked beautifully.

It started as Broccoli...but then I realized the broccoli was freezer burned so it turned into corn. Still delish...added pepper jack instead of cheddar and American and hit it with a pinch or oregano and white pepper.

i cut out the blending part only because we like chunky. The best! i will add bacon next time! Thank you, very good!

2017-01-21: excellent soup added 1 cup of choped up leeks. Added a bit of cream and milk after pureeing the soup did leave a few chunks. A keeper!

excellent soup. i did add 4 oz. of cream cheese to make it a little creamier and added rosemary and parsley for a little extra flavor. best broccoli cheese and potato soup I've had!
