Fast, easy and delicious! I added more carrots and broccoli. I also peeled the stalks, chopped them up and sautéed with the onions and carrots. So good!

I added some ‘better than boulion’: the vegetable one. I used salt sparingly since the cheese is already salty. I also added chili flakes, spinach and I roasted some mini golden potatoes & put them in at the end. Came out amazing!

This is so good! My husband loved it. It was easy to make just have everything measured and at hand. I will definitely be making this a dinner entree. I would post a picture but I forgot and now it’s gone.

Made a few days ago and the soup turned out great...Dijon mustard was the game changer for sure!
For my own reference on modifications made, so that I can replicate in the future:
Didn’t include carrots or garlic, grilled the broccoli & onion with olive oil, sea salt & ground black pepper (cut to size after grilling). Used 2% milk & mild cheddar cheese.

it was great! i used mild cheddar and it was good even with that. i also think i added a little too much dijon. so with sharp cheddar and less dijon, it'd be perfect. consistency was exactly where i wanted it as well!

Looks just like photo. Easy to make. Tasty and I liked the fact that it simply uses 2% milk and not cream. I added some thyme to the recipe and it was delicious.

This soup was ok. It was thin and it didn’t have much flavor. Even though I cooked it on a low heat, the milk curdled and the soup didn’t look very appetizing

I made this and added the white part of 3 small leeks to the mix and used half & half instead of milk
It turned out fabulous, hearty & quite tasty

I just made the soup, tasted good, but came out very thin. I cooked it longer too and added extra cheese. I wanted to blend the broccoli a little but it never got tender enough, I should have let it cook for about 20-30 minutes and it would have worked better for blending.

this was delicious! i used vegetable stock and eyeballed the cheese. if you dont like it too salty dont decrease the salt since the cheddar is a but salty.

Delicious. Instead of flour, I puréed an avocado, also added 2 extra garlic cloves and half as much cheese as it called for. Love it and will definitely make it again.

Made this soup today and doubled the recipe for more servings and left overs. Looks extra yummy will have a bowl for dinner.

It’s really good and easy to make. I used sargento sharp cheddar cheese and melted easily. Defiantly will make it again
