- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion (small, chopped or 1 TBS dehydrated onion)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese (shredded, I like LOTS of cheese!)
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- broccoli florets (steamed & chopped, I used about a bag of frozen…amount is totally your preference. I also like to chop my florets in tiny pieces with small chunks.)
