This was sooo yummy! Everyone loved it, no leftovers! I did add fresh minced garlic and sautéed the onions together with butter before I added the chicken stock. I also did add a cup of heavy whipping cream with the milk mix, I used roughly an extra tbs of salt and paper, a pinch of garlic powder and roughly a tsp of mustard seasoning. I will be making this again!

It was nice and creamy. Very tasty! of course, I added a little of my own touch, a dash of nutmeg.

Very creamy and comforting. Maybe a bit too thick. Next time I will thin it down with more broth. Very good!

Just made for the first time. Very good! I think the next time I will use less onion, and sauté it and the garlic before adding the chicken broth. I love the hint for how to precook the broccoli!

Very good. Thick and creamy. I doubled the recipe and did 3cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. I also added 2 cloves of garlic and topped with bacon bits in my bowl. Very good easy recipe!

LOVED IT. A few changes were made. No onion or swiss cheese on hand so used all sharp cheddar and left out onion. Used whole milk too. Perfect! Wish i had some bread!

Delicious! Super good, real easy recipe. I like garlic so I added freshly chopped garlic and sautéed it in the butter. I will be making this over and over again.

Excellent! Added bacon and it was wonderful. I also used Bobs 1-for-1 gluten free flour to make it gluten free. Lastly, I never have milk in the house so I used unsweetened coconut milk. The whole family liked it, even my picky anti-broccoli 5-year old.

This recipe is not only super cheesy, creamy and delicious, but it’s super simple to fix — and doesn’t require any special tools. Awesome! Will definitely be fixing again. And I’ll never need to buy a broccoli soup again! Delicious! 👍🏼👍🏼

We loved this. Added a little granulated garlic and a dash of hot sauce. Will definitely make it again!

They like it just how the instructions ask for

The taste is fantastic!! Love the Swiss. I did add 1 tsp of pepper cause we love pepper and added more cream. I used half & half for a thicker cream.
