I halved the recipe, since I'm just cooking for two. The sauce had good flavor, but was really thick, so I had to add the full amount of milk and cream to get it to the right creamy consistency, since I knew the pasta would absorb the moisture while cooking. Looked good and bubbly when I took it out of the oven, but the sauce ended up with a grainy texture when eaten. I will not make again.
