Easy and tasty. I had some mushrooms I needed to use, so tossed them in, and it worked. Really I wasn't expecting much from this being so quick and easy, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I made it with heavy cream because I ran out of milk. I felt the mustard flavor was a little stronger than necessary.

Great, my wife hates broccoli but ate a whole bowl of this. Think I'll use bacon next time.

this turned out well, definitely will be using this recipe over and over, i used coconut milk, and split the recipe between vegan cheese and regular sharp cheddar, DELICIOUS! either way, kid friendly from 2 to 9. would reccomend!

This was so good and so easy!!! I did use chicken broth instead of veggie. Will totally make this again!
