REALLY flavorful - I always add extra garlic and cilantro. Beware, this WILL turn your blender neon lime. I think it tasted better before I added the fresh lemon juice.

love this soup! I used my pressure cooker and cooked 5 mins and manually released pressure. I used shallots and no mustard. absolutely delicious!!
